In 1998 it consisted of just three  programs – 2 air companies (Transaero and Aeroflot) and a restaurant chain Rosinter with its “Honored guest” program. Today no one knows exactly how many loyalty programs exist in Russia, but the right answer is “many”.

On May 21st-22nd 2012, PLUS Journal will hold Innovations. Remote Services, Cards and Payments 2012, the 3rd International Forum, which is going to take place in Moscow. The Forum is dedicated to the analysis of the industry’s challenges in Russia, CIS and globally, search of the ways for their solutions, major tendencies and perspectives of the industry’s development.

Special interest to the Forum is determined by the further development of the National Payment System protected by the Russian Federal Law «On the National Payment System» adopted in June 2011and the new role and place of the e-Government project. Also, it sets perspectives for an effective implementation of the innovational technologies in all spheres of public services, including banking, retail and state services.
